Fringe benefits from the Frenchman

Cassoulet & Beans arriving soon

Some might say that having a Frenchman in the team ex. ESSEC will bring access to skills in premiumization & luxury; but those in the know eagerly await something else; access to his familial traditional French food Down Under. We just got our import license and have started the process of shipping the long awaited beans. Close friends have asked us to put stock aside for them, so if you’d like an allocation – one, two or three pots, please send us a message!

For the record, the beans are called “Haricots Tarbais” and have a long standing reputation amongst Michelin Star chefs in France. The Patacq family provides this produce to over 250 retailers, fine dining restaurants and hotels in France. The beans are hand-picked and are grown strictly according to long standing family traditions. They are protected by an IGP (European appellation, equivalent to Champagne appellation), and Label Rouge (which means compliance with traditional growing, picking and transformation practices). Let us know if you’d like to try them!
