Our first Series of Workshops on Export Premiumization across Australia
Sponsored by the Federal Government, Ancoeur had the opportunity to travel to Hobart, Adelaide & Perth to introduce how F&B companies can sell products at premium price points. 65 participants across food, wine, beer and spirits industries attended with an interest in how to effectively engage export markets. We think we may have overwhelmed participants a little with the amount and complexity of content provided, but the great feedback and projects catalyzed was reassuring the workshops were well received.
Business owners took home an understanding of the necessity to develop a differentiated offering that engages consumers emotions in order to cut through to new markets and have products that customers are happy to pay more for.
A special thank you to Angela Gosden from Clairault-Streicker in WA, who welcomed us after an unfortunate “roo” incident and to Jonathan Lord for welcoming us to Tasmania and a wide array of fine local produced beverages.
